For several years, Steve Young owned and operated Petroleum Field Services and the recruiting company, 1st Source Staffing.  After recognizing that many of his recruiting clients also needed field services, he merged the two companies into one in January 2008.
The combined operation, Petroleum Field Services, allows us to serve clients with all of their planning, service, and staffing needs. Our field teams works closely with engineers, geoscientists, and land professionals who trust and confide in us when they might be open to new challenges and career opportunities.
