This position is based out of the Denver, CO corporate office but will focus on South America so travel is required.

• Build relationships with NOC’s, competitors, and foreign nationals and convert opportunities into successful deal structures for joint ventures.

Responsibilities:

• Filing of all completion reports and sundry notices
• Close tracking of regulatory paperwork due dates to ensure deadlines are met
• Assists in the preparation and maintenance of monthly permit reports
• Obtain federal, state and local drilling, right-of-way and other governmental permits related to the drilling, completion and production process and file subsequent reports as required
• Obtain municipal special use permits and provide testimony as needed before town planning commissions and other public forums
• Stay in close communication with drilling and production personnel to ensure that needed permits are obtained in a timely manner
• Advises drilling and production personnel of applicable regulations that might impact activities (e.g., wildlife restrictions, etc.)
• Remains abreast of new and changing regulations that might impact drilling or production plans

• Strong interpersonal and written communication, organization, consultative, recordkeeping, analytical and problem solving skills are required
