PFS is currently seeking an HSE Advisor for Williston, ND. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a rapidly growing oil service company.

Overview:

The HSE advisor will be responsible for district and field federal compliance. The HSE will ensure that data is collected, processed, analyzed, and acted on. The HSE will also be responsible for audits as well as district level new hire safety orientations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety training, and safety audit files including facility, field radiation, etc. for District locations.
• Collect and process radioactive surveys and paperwork.
• Update district emergency response plans
• Collect and complete job safety analyses, identify trends and correct all noncompliant issues.
• Maintain MSDS documentation.
• Conduct a minimum of 5 field audits per month as well as OSHA, DOT audits.
• Coordinate safety training and issue personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Safety trained supervisor (STS or CESB) or equivalent certification.

5 years of experience in a Safety role with a minimum of 2 years in Oil and Gas industries.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus an additional monthly housing allowance and annual bonus.
